GOLD STANDARD: This St Arnaud house by Nelson firm Harris Builders is the Supreme Award winner in the Marlborough, Nelson and West Coast Registered Master Builders 2014 House of the Year.

　　天维网8月7日报道，援引Stuff消息日前，本年度南岛北部住宅建筑大奖揭晓，小镇St Arnaud的一栋新房和Blenheim的一栋新装修住宅捧走大奖。

　　这次的评比对象，是南岛Marlborough、Nelson和West Coast注册建筑商的作品，选出2014年度住房大奖等多个奖项。

　　凭借着St Arnaud的这栋新房，Nelson的Harris Builders捧走年度大奖。除此以外，该作品还获得450,000纽币-600,000纽币组的最佳新房奖。

　　本次赢得12个组别金奖的作品，将会参加下月的National Gold Reserve角逐。到今年11月，全国级别的各奖项和注册建筑商年度装修大奖、年度住房大奖都会在奥克兰揭晓。

WATERFRONT WINNER: Gold Award James Hardie New Homes $450,000-$600,000 – Fowler Homes (Nelson) Limited for a home in Nelson.

SIMPLY CLEVER: Gold Award & Category Winner PlaceMakers New Homes $250,000-$350,000 – Jennian Homes Nelson Bays Limited for a home in Nelson.

BEST IN SHOW: Gold Award and Category Winner GIB Show Home Award – LSK Builders 2011 Limited for a home in Nelson.

SUBURBAN STUNNER: Gold Award and Category Winner PlaceMakers New Homes $350,000-$450,000 – Inhaus Developments Limited for a home in Nelson.

WINNING RENO: A top-to-toe renovation of a 100-year-old villa near Blenheim scooped renovation of the year at the Marlborough, Nelson and West Coast Registered Master Builders

GOOD AS GOLD: Stonewood Homes Marlborough won the gold award for a retirement home they built on Howick Rd, Blenheim.
